Hello i just cut the parts for this build and im confused on a couple of things. 1 is there washout in the tips and what are the control throws It looks like the flaperons are in a down position at neuttral can you please provide me with that information

The washout at the wingtip is built into the design; that’s why each rib has its own support and they are removed at the end. For the first flights, I recommend small aileron travel (10 mm up and down), with dual rates and exponential.
Pay close attention to the center of gravity—follow the plan and it will fly excellently.
What position are the Ailerons in at neutral centerline of the wing?
